UI improvements.

Added health bars for enemies on the bottom of the screen during gameplay.

Running now takes less stamina.

Fixed a softlock when an enemy is up against a wall and you attack them when they're blocking to trigger a free attack. (Their trigger hitbox was too big for smaller enemies, and the trigger hits the wall and never makes it to the player.)

Lowered the restriction for looking down. (While attacking a short enemy, the camera attempts to go below the restrictive camera angle, which causes minimal shaking.)

Improved the way enemies move back to their spawn location. (Enemies will now turn to where they were originally looking at when the spawned the first time.)

Adjusted the following skillcheck sizes:

Beverly (brown) - 32 > 36
Wally (white) - 41 > 43
Pearly (pink) - 39 > 41

Adjusted the following damage:

Purity (purple) - 100 > 95
Oakly (orange) - 105 > 100
Beverly (brown) - 115 > 110
Wally (white) - 90 > 100

Adjusted the following power cooldown:

Randy (red) - 10 > 15
Garvey (green) - 20 > 22
Oakly (orange) - 25 > 23
Beverly (brown) - 15 > 13
Wally (white) - 25 > 24
